We integrate with third-party AI models (such as Veo 3.1, Seedance, Sora, Hailuo, Kling, and Wan) to enable users to create videos from text prompts and images. CineAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, ByteDance, OpenAI, MiniMax, Kuaishou, Alibaba, or any other AI model provider.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to generate content that is:

You retain ownership of content you upload. Videos generated using the Service are subject to the terms and licensing conditions of the underlying AI model used. The CineAI brand, interface, and website content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Content Moderation

All generated content is subject to automated content moderation filters. We may review, refuse, or remove any content that violates our policies. We are not responsible for content generated by users through third-party AI models.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any specific AI model or output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or our policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
