Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using CineAI's AI video generation service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use CineAI to generate, upload, or distribute content that is:

  • Sexually explicit or NSFW: Nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive poses, undressing, or any sexually explicit material
  • Violent or gory: Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content promoting harm to others
  • Hateful or discriminatory: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassing or threatening: Bullying, intimidation, stalking, or threats against any person
  • Deceptive or fraudulent: Deepfakes intended to deceive, misinformation, or impersonation of real individuals without consent
  • Illegal: Content that violates any applicable law, including child exploitation material, terrorism-related content, or content that promotes illegal activities
  • Infringing: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties

3. Content Moderation

CineAI implements automated content moderation filters to prevent the generation of prohibited content. These filters are applied to all prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs. Content that triggers moderation filters will be blocked and credits will not be charged for blocked generations.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you generate through the Service. You agree to:

  • Not attempt to bypass or circumvent content moderation filters
  • Not use the Service to generate content that could harm, deceive, or exploit others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Report any content that violates this policy

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion without prior notice.
