1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
2. Credit Refunds
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. However, if a video generation fails due to a platform error (not a content moderation filter), the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@useveo3ai.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and a brief description of the issue
- We will respond within 3 business days
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method through our payment processor.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 7-day guarantee window.
